Salah-Bration
The age 7 is such an important age in Islam, as it is when the performing of the daily Salah’s becomes encouraged. To celebrate this milestone for our young ones at GoodTree, we hosted a Salah-Bration ceremony.
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Command your children to pray when they become seven years old, and punish them for it (prayer) when they become ten years old; and arrange their beds (to sleep) separately. (Sunan Abi Dawud)
